1Platform Purpose
JobQuestPH connects job seekers with employers through job fairs, virtual hiring events, resume database, and AI-assisted interviews and profiling. JobQuestPH does not guarantee employment or job placement.
2User Responsibilities
Job seekers must provide accurate personal information, submit truthful resumes and credentials, and avoid impersonation or fraudulent submissions. Submitting false information may result in account suspension.
3Job Applications
By applying for jobs through JobQuestPH, your resume and application details may be shared with participating employers. Employers may contact you regarding job opportunities. JobQuestPH is not responsible for employer hiring decisions.
4AI Interview Participation
Some employers may require participation in AI-assisted interviews or assessments. By participating, you acknowledge that AI technology may analyze your responses, AI results are used as recruitment assistance only, and final hiring decisions remain with employers.
5Platform Conduct
Users must not use the platform for scams, upload malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access to platform systems. Violations may result in account termination and possible legal action.
6Data Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the JobQuestPH Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
7Limitation of Liability
JobQuestPH shall not be liable for employment outcomes, salary disputes, or employer actions. The platform serves as a facilitation tool only and does not act as employer or hiring authority.
Resume Database Consent
By submitting your resume and personal information to JobQuestPH, you agree that:
- •Your profile and resume may be stored in the JobQuestPH recruitment database
- •Your information may be shared with participating employers for recruitment purposes
- •Employers may contact you regarding job opportunities
- •Your data will be processed in accordance with the JobQuestPH Privacy Policy and RA 10173
